The Role
The successful Account Manager will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients while also identifying new business opportunities within our existing client base. This role is instrumental in ensuring that our clients receive the exceptional manufacturing solutions and customer service that our company is renowned for.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand each client’s unique needs and provide tailored manufacturing solutions.
Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Account Growth:
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing client accounts.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop new solutions and offerings for clients.
Meet and exceed account growth targets and revenue goals.
Communication and Coordination:
Liaise between clients and our internal teams to ensure effective communication and project management.
Keep clients informed about the progress of their projects and any relevant developments.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and quality of products and services.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Participate in client presentations and proposals.
Provide insights and market feedback to improve our products and services.
Experience
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and growth targets.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
