To strengthen their project and programme capability, we are seeking an experienced project manager.
The Role
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be adept at managing change, and have the ability to anticipate challenges while driving projects forward. You will collaborate with multiple departments and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with management to define project requirements, timelines, resource needs, and budgets. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and Gantt charts, and adjust them as necessary to accommodate changing priorities.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication across departments. Facilitate collaboration to drive successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and address potential roadblocks. Implement risk mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum and achieve key milestones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, cross-functional teams, and senior executives. Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project performance to ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Compile and present regular status reports to management, detailing project achievements, risks, and updates.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and implementing best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct comprehensive project reviews upon completion, documenting successes and lessons learned to inform future projects.
Key Objectives & KPIs:
• Monitor and improve project launch speed, ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure all projects stay within the allocated budget.
• Measure customer satisfaction and ensure delivery of high-quality products.
• Capture and implement process improvements based on lessons learned from completed projects.
