We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with experience or a keen interest in painting to join our team as Powder Coat Painter. Whether you’re semi-skilled, skilled, or have experience as a wet painter, we welcome your application and provide full training to help you excel.
Duties
As a Powder Coat Painter, you’ll play an important role in delivering a high-quality finish that meets our customers’ exacting standards. Your daily tasks will include:
Painting and Powder Coating to meet quality specifications.
Silk Screening to enhance product appearance and branding.
Masking and Unmasking components to ensure precision.
Pre-Paint and Post-Paint Cleaning for immaculate results.
Loading and Unloading Parts for efficient workflow.
Tapping Holes, Wrapping, and Packing to prepare products for delivery.
Assisting in the Fabrication and Assembly area as needed.

Working Hours:
Preferred Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM start (four-day workweek).
Flexible Options: We offer flexibility with the start time and welcome both full-time (37.5 hours/week) and part-time applications.
Training: Initial training will be conducted during our day shift to ensure you’re fully prepared for success.
