Job Title: Business Development Manager (AdTech)

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Commission (OTE £70,000 – £85,000)

Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and managing client relationships. Your focus will be on identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and expanding the company’s presence within the digital advertising space. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to target key market segments.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to deliver client-focused solutions and ensure smooth onboarding.
Track sales performance and provide regular reports on progress, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the AdTech, digital marketing, or media space.
Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, programmatic platforms, and performance marketing.
Proven ability to identify leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close high-value deals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
