We are seeking a skilled Painter/Sprayer to deliver high-quality paint finishes with a positive, can-do attitude, ensuring adherence to industry standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
General and Task Management
Perform surface preparation and masking of small parts according to job cards and technical drawings.
Apply specific primers and paints to required specifications, including the interior of larger units.
Complete job cards accurately and record batch numbers.
Self-Management
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, quality and environmental standards, and other procedures.
Contribute positively to team atmosphere and collaboration.

Education and Skills
Education & Professional Experience
Essential: Minimum of 5 years of paint experience, preferably in the Aerospace or Motor trade.
Skills and Competencies
Proficient in using gravity-fed and pressure-fed spray guns.
Skilled in fine masking and detail work.
Capable of basic panel preparation.
Able to interpret and work from technical drawings.
Competent in working independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in filling out job cards accurately.
Knowledgeable in producing inclusion-free finishes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experienced with 2K paints, water-based paints, solvent metallics, gloss clearcoats, matt and silk clearcoats.
Other Requirements
Limited travel between sites may be required to support business functions.
