The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll support the day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, helping ensure products are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
- Preparing products for dispatch
- Carrying out stock checks and supporting inventory control
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the warehouse
- Following all health & safety and food safety procedures
- Supporting production and warehouse teams when required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Food production or FMCG experience advantageous
