2. Use of our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

4. Recruitment services — candidates
By registering with us as a candidate, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about yourself, your qualifications, and your employment history.
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your personal details or availability.
- Confirm that you have the legal right to work in the UK and to provide evidence of this when requested.
- Inform us if you accept a role through another agency or directly with an employer while we are actively representing you.
We will use reasonable endeavours to find suitable employment opportunities for you, but we do not guarantee that we will be able to place you in a role.
5. Recruitment services — employers
By engaging our services as an employer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the role, working conditions, and any requirements relevant to the position.
- Comply with all applicable employment legislation, including the Equality Act 2010, the Employment Agencies Act 1973, and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
- Pay our fees in accordance with the terms set out in our separate client agreement.
- Notify us promptly if a candidate we have introduced is engaged, whether directly or through a third party.
Our fees and terms of business are set out in a separate written agreement. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to that agreement.
6. Temporary workers
Where we supply temporary workers, Labour Tech Recruitment Ltd acts as the employment business. Temporary workers are engaged under separate assignment terms. The hirer is responsible for supervising, directing, and controlling the temporary worker during the assignment.
The hirer must not introduce a temporary worker supplied by us to a third party without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on our website.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or reliance on any information contained within it.
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from our recruitment services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Our total liability to you in connection with our recruitment services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
9. Privacy and data protection
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
